Zumba is a fun and effective cardio workout with sculpting exercises designed to tone the entire body. The Zumba music and simple, easy-to-follow, choreographies are 70% Latin-inspired rhythm and dance and 30 % other world-music and dance influenced, making for one exhilarating, calorie-burning, dance fitness experience! Bellyfit is a Holistic Fitness System created exclusively for women to promote fitness of body, mind, and spirit. Bellyfit starts with a brief meditation and centering, moves into cardio dance moves inspired by African, East Indian, and Belly Dance, then takes to the floor for core Pilates moves, ending with a Yoga stretch.
